CC have recently introduced the new 'Tag 6' trolley identification tag.
From January 6th 2025, the new YELLOW tag will replace the old 'Tag 5' (Green tag).
We are currently in the process of changing all our trolleys over to the new YELLOW tag and from January 6th, all deliveries made using CC trolleys will have the new tag.
Our own drivers, along with those from haulage companies will have been instructed not to exchange trolleys on deliveries unless they have a matching trolley tag colour.
To allow deliveries to be made quickly and on time, please ensure your trolleys have been changed over to the new YELLOW tag by January 6th.
Although our own delivery drivers will endeavour to be as helpful as possible, 3rd party haulage companies may choose to refuse delivery if they cannot exchange trolleys with matching tag colours, and will penalise for extra time taken to handball deliveries off of trolleys.
